    配置SICK光柵的方法程序故障排除

     　　配置SICK光柵的方法如下：
    　　
    　　1安裝SICK光柵的配置軟件CDS
    　　
    　　2將編程電纜連接到PC的串口和光柵的配置接口
    　　
    　　3將光柵連接頭插好，如果光柵由兩根串聯(lián)，他們之間的連接頭也要插好。
    　　
    　　4運行CDS軟件，點擊識別傳感器的按鈕（望遠鏡圖標），如果能夠掃描到所連接的光柵，參考附件中的文件繼續(xù)進行配置。如果未能識別到所有設備（兩根串聯(lián)的光柵，只識別了主光柵），則其中一根光柵有硬件問題，可以更換一根好的光柵與主光柵連接，再次使用掃描，如果能識別設備，則主光柵沒有問題，從光柵損壞，如果不能識別所有設備，則主光柵也損壞。
    　　
    　　5將配置好的程序下載到光柵后（發(fā)送和接收段都要下載），故障代碼6消失，此時光柵出現(xiàn)0的代碼，表示光柵沒有對好。調(diào)整順序為，調(diào)整從光柵，對好后光柵指示燈變綠，再調(diào)整主光柵，代碼從0變?yōu)?，2直到消失為止，此時按復位按鈕主光柵紅燈熄滅，綠燈亮起，光柵調(diào)整完畢。（串聯(lián)的光柵，從光柵如果沒有對好，主光柵即使對好也無法復位）
